This job will commence within the next 2-3 weeks.
Dimensions - 3.2m wide, 12m long, and weighs approx. 8 tonne.
Internals - Blast SA 2.5, and 2 coats of food grade epoxy
@125 microns per coat.
Externals - Blast SA 2.5, epoxy zinc @ 75 microns, and intermediate
coat epoxy @ 125
Topcoat - Polyurethane @ 50 microns

H Frames
These H frames were transported in sections 18 meters long
and 7.5 meters wide. They were blasted, zinc wire sprayed
at 150 microns and sealed.

These photos show the process of blasting and zinc wire
spraying. Each section is 23 meters wide and weigh approx.
8 tonne. They are being zinc metal sprayed at 100 microns
and sealed.

Columns for the Acute Services Building at Auckland Hospital
While 85% of the job was erected in black steel, over 10,000
square meters was blasted and painted in our facility over
the last 12 months. We will bring more updates of the hospital
site over the next couple of months.
