Arc Spraying
Most effective means of protecting steel from corrosion.
Our system masterfully sprays zinc, aluminium, and 85% / 15% zinc
aluminium alloy wires with a smooth, application 12-25cm wide, up
to 56kg per hour. Labour costs are reduced to apply these coatings
because of the faster output and wide spray pattern. Arc spray system
has a superior lifespan to paint system and offers a strong adhesion
for subsequent topcoats.

Britomart Glass House Section
This job was blasted to SA 2.5, whilst providing a blast profile
of
between 65 - 85 microns, zinc metalsprayed to 175 microns, and sealed
with
75 microns of epoxy primer.
For this project we ran 3 x wire spray
machines @ 550 amps daily for the duration of the job.
Based on ASNZS 2312:2002 and BS 4493:1977, the above system will last in
excess of 20 - 25 years before requiring any maintanence.
